Head of the Lake Regatta
Yesterday I was in a 3 mile rowing race starting at Gaswork's Park, going through the Montlake cut, and ending by Husky stadium. In case you were wondering, 3 miles is far. Just thought I'd clear that up.
We took 2nd. Since there were only 3 boats you could say we were next to last, but I prefer "1st runner up".
