Rach and I made a HUGE pot of Papa's veggie soup on Sunday for our new tradition of "Soupy Sunday" and have been eating it for lunches. It occupies an inordinate amount of space in our fridge, but it's worth it. We even experimented a bit with the recipe. We added some celery, a quart of beef stock, frozen veggies instead of canned, and an extremely small amount of broccoli (that was an accident, actually). It's good!
